Wholesale / B2B Data & Payments
The terms below apply to wholesale and trade customers, in addition to the general policy above.
What we collect from trade customers
In addition to standard contact information, wholesale registration may include your business name, company registration or VAT number, trade address, and role within the business, so we can verify and approve your trade account.
Manual order & payment processing
Wholesale orders are not processed through our online checkout. Once you contact our sales team with an order request, we confirm pricing and availability, issue an invoice, and process payment manually via bank transfer. We do not collect or store card payment details for wholesale orders, as no card payment is taken.
Who we share it with
Business and order details for wholesale accounts may be shared with our accounting/invoicing systems and our bank, solely to process invoices and confirm bank transfer payments — never sold or shared for marketing purposes without consent.
Because wholesale orders are handled manually and paid by bank transfer, no card or online payment data is ever collected for B2B transactions — only what's needed to verify your business and issue an invoice.
