Right to Cancel
Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods by emailing info@criterion-uk.com.
Returns
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Report damaged or faulty items within 30 days. We will arrange a return and offer a full refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Use a tracked shipping method.
