Ordering
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Pricing
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We may change prices at any time. Errors will be corrected and communicated.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before dispatch. You confirm authorization to use the payment method.

Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order within 14 days. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items must be returned in original condition.
Warranty
We provide a warranty for defects as required by UK law, excluding misuse or normal wear and tear.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is limited as permitted by law.
Wholesale / B2B Terms
The following terms apply specifically to wholesale and trade orders, in addition to the general terms above.
Ordering & Enquiries
Wholesale products are listed publicly on our site for information purposes. Wholesale orders are not placed through our online checkout; instead, they are arranged directly with our sales team by email or WhatsApp following a product and quantity enquiry.
Pricing & Quotations
Wholesale pricing is not displayed publicly and is provided on request as part of a quotation. Quotations are valid for a limited period and are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
Payment
Wholesale orders are invoiced and must be paid in full via bank transfer before production or dispatch begins. We do not accept card payment for wholesale orders, and no online checkout is used for this order type.
Minimum Orders
Wholesale enquiries are subject to a minimum order value, as confirmed at the time of quotation.
Returns
Wholesale returns and refunds are handled under separate terms — see the Wholesale section of our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Because wholesale orders are agreed directly with our sales team and settled by bank transfer, no online card payment is ever taken for B2B transactions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
